Fisherbox (plate) Villa Vita Park the Ocean

In 2022, everything at the Ocean Restaurant was themed "seafaring". To ensure that the dishes by chef Hans Neuner and his team are presented in keeping with this theme, among other creations a stainless steel box was developed for their homemade oil and spreads. 

The culinary delicacies were served on a board made out of walnut, which is fastened under the stainless steel box with pegs.
